• Students have to visit the KSICL Government Portal i.e. https://scholarship.ksicl.kerala.gov.in.
• Here Click on Thaliru Scholarship Registration.
• In the new tab, the Registration Form will open.
• Enter the Kerala Scholarship Details.
• Now Upload the Pdf Photo of Documents.
• Click on Submit Button.
• Take the hard copy of the Application Form.
